Non-Restraint Safety Seatbelt with Button Release
This non-restraint seatbelt is designed to be mounted to a wheelchair, providing an early warning alert when the person under your care attempts to get up from the wheelchair without assistance. The seatbelt features a familiar latch operation, but will easily unlatch with a simple press of the button or a gentle pull, making it non-restraint compliant. When the latch breaks, an alarm will sound when paired with one of our corded monitors, sold separately.
The large red quick-release button is easy to see and can be released with one finger. Installation takes only moments on most wheelchairs, making it a convenient and reliable fall-prevention solution for home or facility use.
